Job Summary
-
Seek opportunities for the branch business development within the related area.
-
Responsible for heading up the expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
-
Building relationship with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend.
-
Driving peak performance and sales success across the branch area.
-
Ensuring all administration for sales is completed effectively.
-
Achieving approved business targets related to branch for the financial year.
-
Reporting from progress of sales in an ongoing process.
-
Visiting new customers on daily basis.
-
Attending to the events, conferences with the prior approval of line manager.
-
Builds a strong networking with the businessmen in the area.
-
Maintaining and retaining the existing customers of the branch.
-
Identifying sales opportunities in the market.
-
Acting as a key contact for large customer accounts.
-
Providing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report to the line manager.
-
Making the brand image of GB in the related branch area.
-
Monitoring customer’s transaction closely for purpose of customer retention.
-
Seeking customers need and satisfactions from GB services.
-
Marketing branch within the community to attract business.
-
Manages and oversees all banking policies, procedures and processes.
-
Maintaining and taking care of branch assets.
-
Monitoring the behavior, attitude and knowledge level of employees
-
Efforts to build the capacity of employees
-
Responding to all official letters related to branches that are received from any official authority (NGOs and NPOs) in coordination of operation Department.

Increasing the number of bank accounts.
-
Inspection and general control of Branch, employees and guest house.
-
Any other responsibility which will be assigned by line manager.
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
-
Master’s degree in business administration or finance is preferred.
-
Certifications in banking, financial management, or leadership (e.g., Certified Branch Manager) are an advantage.
Experience Required:
-
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proven experience in retail banking, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
-
Familiarity with banking regulations, risk management, and financial performance analysis.
Competencies Required:

Strong understanding of banking products, financial management, and revenue generation strategies.

Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships by delivering superior service.
