Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee daily running of the dairy processing plant

• Manage production of yogurt, milk, yogurt drinks, and other dairy products

• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet demand and quality standards

• Lead and supervise the production team to ensure efficient workflows

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality compliance across all operations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in dairy production and plant operations

• Strong knowledge of dairy processing (yogurt, milk, flavored drinks, etc.)

• Ability to manage production planning and timelines

• Leadership skills to guide and motivate a production team

• Technical know-how in maintaining and operating dairy machinery
